Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping costs:
First bag is $5.50
Each additional bag is $1.50
Our coffee is roasted to order, so Delivery is usually 3-5 days. You'll be notified via email every step of the way on the order and shipping status.

Delivery estimates above reflect transit time only and do not include the 3–4 business day processing window. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in product prices, and are calculated at checkout based on the number of units ordered. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not currently offer free shipping. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at www.theflamingbean.com/pages/contact-us and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Flaming Bean Roastery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at www.theflamingbean.com/pages/contact-us.


We will make every effort to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee an address change.

Lost or Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.|

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs for orders delayed by the carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages


If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent orders. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
